Yes! We welcome you and your pets to our community and manicured grounds, or out to our designated pet area. Cats are welcome too!

Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health.

Our Pet Policy

• $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee
• Non-Aggressive Breeds Only (Akitas, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepards, Pit Bulls, and Rottweilers are not allowed.)
• $15 Monthly Pet Rent
• Weight Limit: 35 lbs
• Pets Must Be at Least One Year of Age.
• One Pet per Apartment
